Week 3: Prehab, Etc

Did some core work, increasing tension on the band crunches, which were supersetted with side bends.

Then did some shoulder health stuff: band dislocates, doorway stretches, - oh my - Rotater Stretches, and then hit the shoulder horn, which proved my RC complex is indeed, sore.

Stretched out a bit: band stretches for forearms, then focused on lower body.  Calves remain problematic, but:  good news is that some of the weird issues I typically have with them (like waking up in the morning and being so locked up it hurts to walk) are subsiding with the Lyrica, so maybe I can actually improve flexibility a bit.

Maybe 20 minutes.  Boom. Done, enough for today.
